Refund & Returns Policy – Integrative Health Solutions

At Integrative Health Solutions, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used products.

We may offer a replacement or store credit only under the following conditions:

The product was received damaged or defective

You received the incorrect item

To qualify, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds based on personal results or expectations

All product use is at the customer’s discretion

Cancellation Policy – Integrative Health Solutions

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation:

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch:

You may receive a refund or store credit

Orders placed during promotional periods are processed quickly and may not be eligible for cancellation
