There are just a few simple things that will help you get the most from your S-TECH™ journey.

Take one minute to read through this page before applying your first patch.

Apply Your Patch

✔ Skin should be clean and dry.

✔ Remove one patch from the backing sheet.

✔ Apply to a low-hair area.

Recommended areas: • Inner arm • Shoulder • Abdomen • Hip • Upper back

✔ Press firmly for 10–15 seconds.

✔ Wear for up to 8 hours.

✔ Rotate application sites daily.

Getting The Most From S-TECH™

✓ Stay well hydrated.

✓ Apply to clean skin.

✓ Rotate application sites.

✓ Avoid creams or oils where the patch will be placed.
